We had a really pretty drive to Esperance. Wildflowers are becoming more evident. Another week or two and they will really be blooming. It turned out a decent day for the drive as was the whole week we stayed in Esperance. We had just about all the seasons this week. A little rain, windy, fine, calm - but not cold at any stage which we found surprising. We were expecting it to be really chilly but didn't need the heater once.

Esperance is as pretty as ever and we did plenty of walking around. We decided to stay at a different caravan park this time and stayed at the Acclaim Pine Grove Caravan Park (formerly the Crocker). What a great week. The people in the park are so friendly and accommodating and it's only around 3km from town. Also it's not a large park and was extremely quiet. Very restful (especially for 2 old fogies like us LOL!).

We could easily have stayed longer, but the pull of family is getting stronger. We must wend our way towards home.
